Three heaters are servicing a wave pool the “Kahona Lagoon” that consists of 200,000 gallons of water and a smaller heater
connected to the Olympic Pool.

Pool heater was four years old and had not worked for several months. The installer, as well as two other companies could not identify the root-cause.
The regulator was undersized for load, causing the unit to run lean.

Install completed, and the client was cleared of the misbelief that a pool heater will only last 2-4 years. An adequately installed heater will last 15+ years if maintained.
